Lancium is seeking a director of content and digital strategy to play a key role in telling our company’s story. Because of our company’s digital-first communication approach, this individual will play a key role in helping to position the company as an innovative, industry leader. To do so, this individual will be responsible for enhancing the company’s external website, building the company’s employee intranet and growing and managing content across our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital and social—able to keep up with platform proliferation, digital-experience best practices, and compelling ways brands are telling stories.

The successful candidate will be a high energy, creative communicator that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable operating in ambiguity and able to work independently.

  • Serve as lead content strategist.
  • Collaborate with peers and internal clients to develop compelling content and engagement campaigns that support strategic priorities and drive measurable results.
  • Develop short-form content, specifically designed for internal and external social media consumption – with a focus on company news, culture, leadership, and innovation.
  • Partner with corporate communications to enhance the digital footprint of Lancium senior executives through timely personalized content.
  • Establish processes to enable fast, efficient creation of content.
  • Establish process for social media monitoring and metrics reporting.
Required Skills
  • Must have 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, social media, public relations, advertising, consulting, media, publishing.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms and digital environments,
  • A proven ability and passion for creative thinking communication team members and external consultants.
  • Experience in content planning, production and brand campaign management.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, additional working experience in a relevant field, and excellent written and verbal communications skills
