IT Support Specialist/Technician

Lancium is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team and support IT help desk tasks. As our IT Support Technician, you will be responsible to provide technical help and routine tasks support for the various types of software and hardware used throughout our operations. We are looking for someone who has the technical skills needed to fix problems, as well as the communication skills needed to answer questions and explain resolutions to non-tech pros.

Duties
  • Coordinate and setup workstations, including employee onboarding, transfer, and offboarding processes
  • Hardware configuration and account setup
  • Maintains and repairs company's computer networks and internet systems, including laptops, surfaces, iPad, desktops, Macs, mobile devices and others
  • Provides user support and guidance for all applications
  • End user troubleshooting
  • Software license management
  • Assist with software license management and purchasing of hardware for the team and help maintain inventory control
  • Printer and copier management
  • In-person and Remote Support
  • Assist IT Operations projects and other tasks as needed
Required Skills
  • Hardware and software installation
  • Help desk and Technical support
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users via face-to-face, email and slack chat
  • Google Suite and Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
  • Work experience in IT and helpdesk environment
