THE WOODLANDS, Texas, March 27, 2025 — Lancium, a developer of power infrastructure, technology, and campuses for gigawatt-scale, reliable data centers, announced the appointment of Paul Dillbeck as Chief Development Officer. Dillbeck brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex energy development and financing efforts across global markets. Lancium Clean Campuses incorporate and orchestrate multiple power resources –- grid interconnects and behind-the-meter generation, including solar, storage, and gas — to deliver energy at the pace and scale demanded by the world’s largest AI data centers.

Dillbeck is a seasoned executive with a background in legal, commercial and strategic leadership roles across the energy sector. Prior to joining Lancium, he served as Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer at Gen X Energy, a Blackstone portfolio company focused on large-scale energy development in the U.S. and Asia. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Venture Global LNG and a decade as counsel at Hogan Lovells, where he advised on high-value project finance and infrastructure transactions.
Most recently, Dillbeck served as Vice President and General Counsel at Orano USA, overseeing US legal operations for Orano’s mining, enrichment and related nuclear fuel cycle services.
